Apparently Yahoo has transferred ownership of Delicious to Avos, a company run by the original founders of YouTube. Users are being given the option to opt-in and have their data transfered to Avos and their servers (which will take over maintenance for Delicious around July), and we're being asked to agree to a new ToS under which the definition

Seriously. The TOS doesn't really seem very tailored to a service like Delicious so I can only hope that it's not something they'll care about.
