This photo that I lifted from someone else's Facebook page is a perfect example of why New Mexicans brag that you'll never see a more beautiful sunset than in our desert home. According to the photographer this was taken at 19th and Main in Roswell...because nothing says "romance" like standing outside the Dairy Queen taking pictures of a military

The reds are usually only that red during fire season, but the sunsets in NM are always pretty striking even when the whole state's not on fire. :)
