Just wanted to notify the public about something....

When it is early and dark and rainy, you have to turn on your headlights or else someone will cut you off because THEY CAN'T SEE YOU.  Failure to do so on your part does not make it ok to blare your horn at them.

Gee, I'm so glad I don't deal with the same kind of traffic you do. I'd've stopped the car, gotten out and beat someone's ass over that. Or, if it was not a good day for me, then I would have at least given them a middle-finger salute.
