A rough tumble...

I took a brutal spill today. Running out the door so as not to be late to pick up Andrew for our trip to La bibliotech, I tripped. I fell down the whole flight of stairs. My elbow slammed into the wall and then the stairs and then I went down the rest of the way on my back
