Can you guys please give me your take on Blackwater, and the organizations' involvement in Iraq? What are they allowed to do, and what restrictions do they have if any? What are they paid for and who is paying them?

As far as I know they are a private security firm. They are paid muscle for companies working in Iraq. Those companies pay them. Like if you owned a electrical company and you got a no bid contract to install power lines in Iraq you would hire Blackwater to drive you around and shoot at people who give you trouble. As far as what they are allowed to do, I think that is being reviewed right now.
