oh good god i feel your pain. My boyfriend had a friend over tonight and i was all paranoid that he kept hearing me step on the scale every time i took a piss.

I'd love to get down to twice a day with checking my weight. It's gotten to the point where i know what weight i "should" be at each hour of the day, and if i'm over (even by a little bit) i get all stressed about it.

As much as i try really hard to do right with food and try and see myself as who i am, the scale is still my security blanket.

gahh i know.. When i used to socialize and stay at people's houses i would ask them if they had a scale..I mean OMG-obsessive.
I can guess how much i "feel" like i am, and i'm usually pretty accurate.. But i'm really gonna try to work on reducing the 10x or so a day to much less. It consumes my life.
