Okay so I'm a bit weak and fatigued but I think that's because I went to bed somewhere around 4AM [bc i was unable to fall asleep due to the anxiety about my morning weight]. It happens alot, but not as much as it used to.

try taking a B vitamin blend for extra energy, those have always helped me a lot when i used to fast (and i still take them if i accidentally forget to eat for a day). Make sure that you're drinking plenty of water, otherwise your body will get dehydrated and retain any water you put into it.

Me and my best friend used to say "when you get dizzy, it means you're dieting right."
