Contact Harrison Memorial Animal Hospital. They do their work on a sliding income scale, and they will allow you to make payments. I took my Ki boy there when the idiot cat swallowed a needle, a surgery that a regular vet quoted me over $800 for dropped to $300 and I was able to make payments on it. They saved his life, a needle can't wait and I had no other option but euthanasia at that point ( ... )

I'd also need to mention that there is the possibility it's not a UTI, which is another reason I'd recommend Harrison over anyone else, if it's stones or crystals it can get more expensive, but they'll work with you! They have great staff... or did last time I was there!

Vet gave him a shot of penicilin... and we need to watch him... we'll see how it goes, but I will keep the place you recommended in mind in case it's not a UTI...
