Ohhh look, a public entry.

I've decided to impress all the anonymous people who stumble across my journal with a crappy essay excerpt and some music babbling. Mostly because this is the first time in forever that I haven't wrote about something embarassingly personal so I felt like sharing the fact that I can act normal with the world.

cut cut, cut to a karma show, cut. )

MARCH 25TH BELLE AND SEBASTIAN, MARCH 25TH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! except it's finally sold out. I wonder if I could find tix on LJ from some community. ajsdlfk;jawlj;eltawer

Ooh The Subways. They're such a cute band. Like, young. You know... Anyway, I rather like the beginning of your essay, although it is admittedly wordy.

PS: I haven't wrote about - that. killed. me. And Nick keeps telling me to listen to Portugal the man. Are they good?

Portugal the man= very very good and you just reminded me that I don't have them and I want them.

We could always go down to the Paramount anyways and hit up the scalpers. =(

Oh yeah I'm kind of embarassed actually. I do have both the full length FoT CDs (though I think I've seen them enough times lately so that I don't really need them anymore :P I acutally looked at your profile because I thought you were from Seattle also since I didn't know until LJ communities that they were big nationwide). And I have The Mechanical Hand, and I'm pretty sure R. Borlax might be floating around somewhere... I haven't seen it in a while. o.O
My iPod died a couple months ago so my new CD list doesn't really have the stuff that I listen to a lot on my laptop/actual compact CDs since I've mostly added stuff to it that I download.
