So, apparently Stephan Dion is leading the coalition against Steven Harper. If the Conservatives are ousted next week over the economic stimulus package issue, Dion will be come Prime Minister. Not that I'm a Harper fan, but can somebody please tell me why the man who just lead the Liberals to their soundest defeat in decades is poised to become
