Does anyone even use Livejournal anymore?

No more playin' around. I looked up some weight-lifting routines and made my own custom template based on the advice of people on traineo.com (fitness forum) and other gym rats. The only way I'm going to get in shape is if I have a specific action plan so I took the liberty of assembling one.

It begins tomorrow. Tremble in fear, muscles. 

6 days in a row at the gym so far.
I'm 16/20 in terms of days I've gone to the gym out of this month so far.
I suppose it's a good stress reliever. No sense in wallowing in a tub of self-pity and doubt when I could be pumping iron and running on the elliptical.

Sometimes I wonder if the desire to be "completed" by forming a deep relationship with another human being is driven merely by biology and subconscious desires. But the fact that people are so willing to die for their loved ones goes against  the natural instinct to survive.

It amazes me how long the woman at the desk about 20 feet behind me can talk on the phone without stopping. It can hardly be anything besides a one-sided conversation, judging by the short pauses between her statements.

I think of her as my own personal Lou Dobbs (Office Version - 2008).

Evidently I am going to Cinci today after work for some birthday celebrations and wandering. Hopefully I'll get some photography done. I just bought several new 58 mm filters for my SLR camera on eBay but they won't arrive for a few days.
