badass app for the techies out there

Found what looks to be an incredibly cool looking application today. The callcenter manager at my work found it, actually, and a bunch of us spent a good chunk of time today gawking over it once he installed it to his laptop

heh, i thought it was more Minority Report-ish, if you could combine this with a video setup that spans across several monitors and had enough money to have them all touch-sensitive it'd be almost exactly like that, lol
