Man that sucks. You're supposed to have a certain feeling of security when you have your stuff behind a locked door. Hopefully the police are more competent than they appear to be.

Strangely enough, Laura had her laptop power cord stolen from the library recently as well. I hope they're able to track it down...

Thinking about it, it seems rather odd. Sure there aren't any security cameras that could have caught the act? If you went to renew the room during that time, maybe a staff member went up to kick you out and found your stuff?

well, my bags were left behind, as well as a drink i had smuggled in, so I doubt it was a library worker. Also, I went to renew the room about an hour or so before it was due back. Anyway, i'm pretty sure they just charge you a fine for keeping it too long.
