Well, everyone kept going on with the "When you leaving?" questions when I had absolutely no idea. Now I know. The scheduled date is the 14th of November as far as I know (I still need to drop by the recruiter's and sign some forms.) I will be going in as a Linguist, like I wanted. Temptation to brush up on the basic Japanese I was working with

It's pointless for me to be angry...if i do get you somthing,please just accept it.You can love it,hate it,throw it away,burn it,hell even give it to someone else,after i leave i don't care.I want to get you somthing,so just deal with it.Sorry if it makes ya mad that i wanna do this,but i'm not going to be sorry that i want to.I'm sorry if i made you angry...truly i am,this is important to me...so i'm going to do what i want. Yell at me ro whatever when i call or when we see each other next...if ya want,or we could shrugg this off,(which is what i would like to do).I want the time until you leave to be good,I don't want to end up being a "good" thing left behind.Call it being overdramatic,shrugg and say "whatever",it's the truth,and it won't change....no matter if ya like me or hate me.
Please just don't hate me for wanting to give ya a gift on (god forbid) your birthday!
