I ran out of school lunch stuff. Since having my new oven i promised myself that i would bake all the school lunch stuff for the boys. So far i have done well. Only buying 2 packets of LCM's or whatever over the last month and a half or so. Considering we go through 3 of whatever a day and the boys eat heaps of stuff at lunch they cost us a

oh now THAT my dear sounds like nesting!! I need to do this too, I am sick of K eating crap at school. Additives effect her really badly. ack..

It would be nice if i was nesting..lol...I've decided today to do a bigger batch of baking and freeze them in the lunch sizes...etc...for the next few weeks..because i just know that i'm going to be exhausted once baby arrives...so this way its done already. Now just have to get to work..lol.

Mess is mess, it can be cleaned later... I bet the boys had a blast and its something they will remember when they are older!!

I must admit yesterday I had the same thoughts as you, bring on summer holidays.... Kids were swimming out in the pool, I jumped in as well, then one of Mika's school friends came over with her mum and little brother, and they swam.... and it was just a nice afternoon. And by the evening, it was still hot (love daylight saving) and we had salad and schnitzel, and just enjoyed the coming season!!! Can you tell I love summer!

thanks darl..yep it was soooo worth it..the boys had so much fun..and even said oh i can't believ cooking is so much fun. It was something i use to do with my grandmother..and it definately brought out my love of cooking too.
Bring on the holidays..i love summer holidays. :)
