Hey guys, so here are some pictures from my voyage around the world! Lots of my ugly mug behind the cut! One from (almost) every country--
Spain--about to see flamenco dancing and amateur bull-fighting (bloodless).
Hiking the Atlas Mountains in Morocco
High above the rainforest canopies of Kakum National Park in Ghana.
A view of the beautiful Cape Town, South Africa, from the top of Lion's Head mountain. Also observe lack of hair--it is a sailor's tradition to go through a "hazing" ritual called Neptune Day once you cross the equator for the first time to pay tribute to Neptune. I, as well as many other of my comrades, shaved our heads to celebrate the event. (Fun fact: I also crossed the Equator at the same time as I did the Prime Meridian!)
Some of my friends and I scuba-driving in Mauritius! I'm on the top. :P
Getting my fortune told in India. She was actually pretty creepily accurate about a lot of things that have happened in my life.
The international mascot of Singapore is the merlion. How badass is that?
Explored the temples of Cambodia--this one had lots of stone heads all over the place. It was very Legends of the Hidden Temple.
I don't have too many Vietnam pictures actually, but that's okay. A lot happened then (we had a shipboard death), so I didn't do as much in that country as I probably should have. All the more reason to go back!
The Great Wall of China! :D
Backpacking through Japan! Stopped by the Golden Pavilion. Had to elbow a lot of people to get this picture. :B
