when did i say i hadnt been diegnosed, i said i had bipolar but i think i get mixed states, so that means my doctor said you may be bipolar, and we all know there are diffrent types of bipolar and one of those types is mixed state and thats the one i think i have, how is that spamming..
spamming would be

i have bipolar

i have bipolar...

or i could just have OCD and have an urge to tell every community here i have a mental disorder, or perhaps i have no idea what i did 4 minutes ago.

you cant make a diognosis just from what someone says on lj.
