well since my last post things have gone slightly askew. the side effects from the seroquel R are getting more than a little annoying. first of all I'm only  getting about 6  hours of sleep on it along with the rest of my meds and then feeling like a brain dead zombie the rest of the day. plus i'm getting ferocious headaches, stomach pains, and

hmm. have you ever tried a sleep aid like lunesta? it worked wonders for me. for the mornings I take adderal and it not only keeps me focus but its like 3 cups of coffee, You take it early in the morning and you are up.

i migh talk to my doc about trying somehing other than ambien, it just isn't doing it for me. The adderall would be a god send lol.

yah i'm thinking about giving her a call tomorrow aboutthe spasms. I'm trying to take time for myself but i feel like i have no time to spare. but i know my health is the most important thing. thank you for your advice, it did help
