i know i've been gone awhile but i passed all my tests! YES I passed both proficiency tests so i am one HUGE step closer to my program, I passed my First Aid class so that's done and over with.

thanks hon! today I am baking like crazy and getting ready fro 3 christmas parties but as of Dec 27th i am going to relax and do what i want for a change! I hoe you're able to find some time for yourself over the holidays!

What is ice wine? Have you tried chocolate wine? It's Dutch and tastes like chocolate milk mixed with red wine :)

It's pretty cool, the grapes are picked after the first frost so they're kind of frozen and then pressed so all you get is pure juice (or something like that). it's really rick, sweet, and strong. all you ned is like half a glass to sip on and it's a perfect dessert wine. I have GOT to find that chocolate wine :) it sounds wonderful :) and thanks you!
