New Year's Resolution's (subject to change) and website

1) cut down on smoking (and eventually quit)
2) eat healthy foods 90-95% of the time(only occosional treats)
3) get back into shape
4) do 20-30min of yoga everyday (or more)
5) make being healthy more of a priority
6) make more time for myself
7) less cramming more studying throughout the week
8) put things in perspective (this will be difficult)

Those all sound good. Are you wanting to be more outgoing, for you or everyone else? There is no shame in being quiet, but if you are shy and need interaction it is a good goal.

I'm trying to be more outgoin for me. I used to be a lot mmore social but lately i've been too reserved. I need to get out andd mingle more.

im doing like like this myself. I did so so this year and I hope next year Ill do better.
Im quiting smoking for next year and get healthier.

very cool. I'm hoping i caneventually quit smoking. he last time i tried to quit broke out in a rash all over my arms. good lucxk to both of us in the new year!
