Funny how things seem to keep working out that way, eh? I seem to recall similar comments being made last summer... ;)

Ah, give it a few years, and we can all have fabulous socialite parties in NYC. I do declare.

This makes me sad. It is an END OF AN ERA for that apartment... so many memories, fer surely. One of my fav places in the city, over the years. Certainly one of the most consistant, probably seconded only by the porch and hemmys.

Oh. And thirsty's. But that's dead now, too.
