1 - make a list of your strengths, stuff you're good at. Take it with you for a week and add things as they occur to you. 2 - make a seperate list of things that interest you, causes you care about 3 - determine what work environments you like best: alone, with a group, as a leader, taking order, etc.
After a week or so, look at these three parts of yourself and see where they could overlap or work together.
