I get achy from sunburn a lot too -- and if it's a bad case, I get really sick. Sun poisoning or something. That's probably why I'm pale as a ghost. :P

And I'm with you on the cow thing. Setting the fact that I really don't like red meat to begin with aside, animal abuse REALLY pisses me off. If they're going to kill the things, they'd at least let the animal die in peace. Grr.
