I'm not sure we'd see an overturn of Roe V Wade under a McCain administration. I think if it didn't happen under Bush, the most fundamental president pretty much ever, I don't think it would have happened under the administration of a man who merely paid lip service to the Evangelicals to get elected. Which, the fact that McCain basically had to sell-out his principle to get on the ticket is probably the most disturbing part of his campaign, to me. But in the end, that's a problem with the Republican party.
I heard on NPR that the type of war we are engaged in Iraq tends to take about eight or nine years to work. It seems to me that occupation of the country would have faded over the next couple of years no matter who ended up in office, despite what McCain and Obama said I think the plan would have been clean our shit up in Iraq and then move on to
