Every now and then we get a review that's really difficult to quote from, because basically the book and the reviewer just weren't an ideal fit. I always felt the reason Jules [Spoiler (click to open)]didn't see his true love in front of him was because he was such a romantic. He was completely starstruck and caught up in the glamour of the other guy. Once that romantic bubble burst, then he saw who his true love was. But this is not a criticism of the reviewer - we each have our own interpretations of the same text, and that's what makes discussion fun!
