I've heard all the explanation from the crew members that I require. And while I first believed it only right for the Silvana to turn itself in, the fact that your confessions were thus rejected and even possibly ridiculed now puts the blame on the Ivonian government. It is an ugly reality, this eagerness of the new president to shift the blame to the Badlands, and I am ashamed of it.

The only right thing to do would be to stay and do what I can for my country from where I am. To go back to Ivona would be a useless endeavor; I feel that I would be most useful under your office.
