Dude, I just FISTPUMPED ALL OVER THE FUCKING PLACE listening to that, oh my god. Because I mean just fuck yes. Seriously. I'm not a teacher, but I get the EXACT SAME ATTITUDE every fucking time (average of at least once a week) some fucking asshole laughs at me sanctimoniously and tells me that if I'm gonna be a social worker, I'd better not ever expect to be rich. WELL YEAH, ASSHOLE. NO KIDDING. I MEAN, OH WAIT- YOU'RE TELLING ME I SPENT THE LAST TWENTY-ODD YEARS STEERING MYSELF TOWARD THIS CAREER WITH DREAMS OF FAME AND RICHES AND- AND IT WAS ALL A LIE? Oh I'm sorry, do I sound bitter? I AM. We should be getting paid out the ass for what we do, just like teachers should, but we aren't and we do it anyway and at least most days I get to come home feeling like I fucking did something. ...Even if it was piss off the crazy bitch client (therapeutically! :DD) who was trying to get me fired.
