Today the cablewaalah was playing Rang De Basanti, and since I had nothing better to do than to watch it again, I did. Here's what I found out: dialogues in many sequences after the Mig-21 crash have been overwritten by the song Roobaroo in the background. That includes the NDTV show where the defence minister (in the movie) is questioned

If they did not do that the movie in DVD format would have got A rating too.
I saw it again recently and everything is intact.

Never realized that the ratings (U, A, U/A) would be that important for a movie; a movie that has already gained so much popularity recently that most families would just go ahead and watch it; no matter what the rating is. :)
