1st day in gym

To go to gym and shape up my body was since long back in my mind, finally the fortunate day came. Day before, I needed to get the gym stuff such as shoes, track pants and tee. I opened shoe rack to look for the long dirty dusty old sports shoes. I thought that my shoes would not have been in the condition to wear but it was pretty fine. I somehow ( Read more... )

i love that pain after exercise!! :) And the wrong thing we do is to discontinue exercise when there is pain, which infact would have vanished if u had continued gym the next day also!!

Actually you are correct. Again I left gym for 2 more days as I was off from office and today I resumed again, all pain has gone except a little. I suppose it will also go in 2-3 days. :)
