I'm still here, for some reason. I won't bore you with the "I'm going to start writing more", because, simply put, I haven't and I'm tired of being wrong. Yes, this post starts off with a somewhat poor attitude, but it's something representative of where I am at the moment. I have full confidence that you will enjoy all those things one day Kelly.

You are a wonderful guy, and believing in yourself and that dream future are going to be key to it happening one day, hopefully sooner than you think.

Thanks. It's just frustrating when there's just not much momentum towards it after feeling like it has been there for years, imagined or not.

Too kind. I think we all deserve it in a way though. Everyone I'm friends with, in my mind, deserves the best. They put up with me!! :-P

I don't know you very well at all, Kelly, but I do enjoy reading your posts. I'm confident that you will find what you seek. For some of us... it takes longer. But it will probably be the richer for it.

Also, it's worth thinking that hmm maybe the man you're waiting for is, in fact, many years younger than you. All the time you've spent wondering where he is, well maybe he was still growing up yet. ;-)

Haha, I've actually been accused of going younger, but this would be a little ridiculous. :-P Meh, we'll see I guess. I'm just hoping I can hold out long enough. :-)

For all the shit I give you, you are truly a gem. I think when you find a way to ignite your spark an find a real hearty passion for life that the passion in your love life will quickly follow. (You know... The whole nobody's interested in you until you're no longer single thing...)

Aww shucks. And I'm not nice to you cuz of possible blackmail either. ;-) Thanks though. I appreciate it. As for moving, I think I was considering moving to Boston for the wrong reasons, so I just have to re-evaluate a little. And I think y'all should still move down here. ;-)

Well, for what it's worth, I actually printed out pay bands for different stores for PetSmart. Same job, yes, but despite all the complaints... a lot of it is location-centric. I like what I do, just not generally how I'm handled, and that comes back to one person. A big drawback for me moving, is my parents. They're right up the road and my dad is actually getting ready for surgery on his shoulder where he'll be out of commission for a few months. I'll be trying to help out with stuff more often, but long term, I fear I'd regret moving away when they're starting to need me more ( ... )
