Okay, I have been retardedly bad about updating LJ of late, mainly because I have been sucked into the vortex of Twitter and Facebook, both of which appeal to my short attention span on things Internet. First thing first. Internet is happy to see you again. And I still think FB sucks. :)

Well, if the Internet is happy, then I'm happy. ;-)

I guess I've been more drawn to Facebook because there are more people that I know on it than on LJ. I don't get the insight there that I do here, but it's still nice to feel even slightly artificially connected to people that I haven't seen or thought of in a long time. Yay?

Hooray for not moving! And also for having a great May!

Stress is a terrible way to diet. Some folks even eat more and worse when they're stressed.

It's mainly the eating better than the stress. Were I completely stressed, history has shown that I just stop eating all together. When I moved here from VA, for instance, I ate just enough over a three day period to function. But, I'm nowhere NEAR that point.

1. Nobody is giving up on LJ!
2. Twitter is stupid.
3. Facebook is ... easy and seductive ... dammit!

Both times were lobster rolls and bisque, but the first roll was made with love. And butter. And it was so large that it competed for the size of a very large sub. It was easily split among five people.

Had I more time, I would have had breakfast lobster with eggs, then a real lobster for dinner. Next time.
