A few weeks ago, Will, our artistic director, emailed out asking for volunteers to work the Boston Improv Festival. When I responded, I was immediately assigned the job of Technical Director for the festival. "Eek!" I thought to myself, especially when I had to email all 75 of the acts and try as best I could to respond to all their needs.
