Sometimes I spend my time reading things that are better expressions of my own deeply personal rage than anything I've ever written myself. Things work out like that sometimes. People on the internet are better at being me than I am ( Read more... )

man, you kind of know everybody, don't you?

apart from his attempted seduction of you, what did you think of him? i kind of prefer not to know how writers are in real life, especially those writers whose work i admire, but i'm curious.

i came across the overqualifieds right around the time that i needed them. things like that help to siphon off the pressure in my brain.

wow, i just saw that you'd responded. this is because i am a terrible livejournal person.

i don't know how i'd cope with being looked at intensely, especially if i were moping about having hurt someone's feelings. even so, it sounds interesting. was this at the same house that you lived at when i passed through san francisco? that was a house that seemed like it knew about adventures.

they are great. i got to that one just after i'd posted about it. i think if i wouldn't feel horribly derivative i'd start writing things like these. i want to decapitate the h.r. rep on the other side of the internet with a high-density slug of vented spleen.
