Hateful Bitches can be your side project.

Hate whatever you want in this journal, baby.

As someone who regularly dates his own books-in-process, I will warn you that they are, in fact, much more demanding than women. They also have horrible, horrible tempers. Proceed with caution, my friend. On the other hand, they are, by far, much more receptive. They can also make you feel better about yourself. The latter two points earn a +2 each against women, giving books-in-progress a significant advantage.

clearly i have been absent from lj far too long to let this dialogue run astray without a woman's input. i take offense to the latter half of your comments. much more receptive?! i hate to break it to you, my friend, but none of us happens to be a limp ragdoll, unless you're dating Raggedy Ann. and while we are objectifying women by comparing them to books, might i add that we can ALSO make you feel better about yourself, or at least, that seems to be one of our common uses. i would suggest you read "The Blank Page" by Isak Dinesen.

It's a shame we don't talk more because I consider myself to be the biggest hater I know.

It's true, that is a shame. Next time I see you AIM, I'll message you and we can hate things all over the place.

consider this comment the companion piece to my rant on alec's (see above). that said, i must admit that my novel is the only long-term relationship that has never failed me.
