Yes. I'm afraid it's very, very true. I am now writing fanfic for the Hunger Games series. Kill me now. But don't because Peeta Mellark is all that and a bag of bagel chips. With honey. And cinnamon. It goes ;) I feel like I never have time to be online the way I want to, but yet I'm always staring at a computer blankly, lol.

Glad to see you're feeling the Hunger Games...I haven't really gotten into the fandom but I really enjoyed the books (Haymitch was the character I liked the most, which probably wouldn't be a shock to you, ha). But I'll have to check out your Everlark work!

I totally wasn't going to write Hunger Games fanfic. Totally. But, you know, I just couldn't find a fic that matched what I was looking for after I saw the movie/read the series. So, yeah. I guess it's true what they say: if you want something done "right," you've gotta do it yourself.

End result: Peeta POV Hunger Games universe

I'm pretty sure that writing the sequel will destroy me. *dons SWAT gear* Wish me luck.

Wanted to get into Peeta's head and now you've done it for me. -^^- *happy* Got a little weirded out with the whole Oedipus thing he has going on here but good way to mess with your readers throwing Psychology at us. *Thumbs up* It kinda makes you question your own motivations and love life. O.o...anyway, look forward to reading more. ^^

I want to scream with how excited this post made me. I'm almost positive the neighbors will call the police. Still tempted.

Hunger Games has captured me as well, and I had all but finished all the fic I thought I could enjoy.

The very good news is that I'm one and a half chapters away from finishing the first draft of "Courage and Sacrifice." Then I'll have to get down to business on the sequel. *cracks whip at muse*

I've been recommending other Hunger Games fics in my notes on fanfiction.net if you're keen to see if there are any that look interesting.
