I think, actually, that Aisha overhearing it made her curious to see if that "Hi." "Hi." exchange in the burninating the hotel thing could be an invitation to something more. I think she noticed there was (volatile) chemistry between them and, being generally a creature not so much of impulse but of a skewed idea of what is or isn't a good idea, she decided she wanted to explore it. And that the talking about the explosive ex's was the last push to that.
The "Hi" thing was definitely him flirting with her. I think he was sort of waiting for her to show up outside his bunker thingy. He had laid out the invitation, saved her from getting killed by Roque and such, and so there was just a waiting for her.
And then by the time they were in the bunker thingy, with both of them determined to see it through as far as it went, as far as the other took it... yeah.
It still amazes me, upon rewatching, how tender they are with each other in contrast with how stoic and reserved they are outside the bedroom.

Behind closed doors they get to be a little more vulnerable, a little more open. He's not leading a group of men when he's alone with her.
