So today I learned to keep my hands up at all times the hard way. We were sparring and the other guy have 6 oz. mma gloves, and I had 12 oz. boxing gloves. I must've gotten really tired and let my left hand down, because Steve rocked me so hard in the head that my headgear slid halfway up my face! lesson learned, steve. -

for those of you trying to get me to believe pakua actually does something except waste your time
hahahaha for all of you pa-kua supporters, here you go. Apparently, it's not even pronounced "pa-kua." Thats the white person way of pronouncing it. It's "Ba-gua." and here are some of the forms the supposedly ancient, original martial mart.

So i recently I was helping out counseling at the gym, and met a girl about my age. She talked to me about how she was trying to lose weight by not eating as much.
