For the last one month frequency of my migraine attacks has increased significantly, to almost twice a week! And the last few have been accompanied with nausea which makes them worse...Earlier a nimucelide or a brufen would cure the headache. But off late one tablet seems to be ineffective. I think it will be better if I discover that headaches can be prevented by pranaayam!

So I am planning to do these exercises for 15 mins. everyday...I hope it helps!!

Migraine has links to mental tension and troubles often. For women, it is supposed to be common at this age group, and normally would automatically disappear with birth of a child.

I guess with birth of a child, you will get other forms of headaches which might be more chronic and intense.

So sometimes i wonder if it is wiser to be creative than procreative ;-) .

Even marriage is known to bring in such (and worse!) headaches. So, all you need to do is to formulate another period of normalisation!
