The building that houses Scarlet, one of my favorite gay bars in town, just suffered a major fire. Apparently the city's arson investigation team was at the scene. A few months ago, there was a fire at Roscoe's, another popular gay bar just a few doors down. Who knows if there's a connection or something fishy going on, but I am pissed off. If it

That's so insane. Why would anyone want to ruin yummy alcohol-and-awesome tune-filled places? Evil. I hope no one was hurt and if it was arson, that they catch the idiots.

I haven't checked the news today, but I don't know if there's any more word re: how the fire started. A local bar is doing a benefit tonight, so that's pretty cool!
