I called my mom about seeing someone. I was crying and driving and such, but  I called her. It went really well. She reacted exactly like I needed her to. Sympathetic and concerned, but not interested in the details of my problems, understanding that the reasons aren't the important part at all. We talked about insurance and money and medication

I called her crying and said "Mom, I need to see a counselor." She reacted really calmly and I told her about it.

I don't live with her, if that's relevant.

well damn... I could have dragged you to a rave. Me and my merry crew of Zee and Jesse had gone to a rave in the middle of the night in bfe manor after a spot of drinking. We had us a good bit of fun and got to see fire! We're trying the same thing on the 30th... although I think I need to raise my drunkeness to 11 instead of the 3 I was at though :P
