Yes, believe it or not, I'm actually updating without letting 2 weeks go by this time. I don't have a lot going on, though. Just wanted to bitch and moan about this article that got posted on Slashdot today. Reading stuff like this is depressing, yet I still want to know all I can about it. I can tell you from personal experience (as can Shawn, I imagine) that the job market as a whole, not just in technology, is really freaking tight right now.

Yeah, I realize that. I just wish it wasn't that way (as does everyone else, I imagine). But I'm going to have to find something soon, or else I won't have anywhere to go (can't stay around in Homer since my dad's moving out, and I wouldn't even if I could).

I'm sure you'll be able to find something, even if it's just *shudder* tech support for a while.

Yeah, I've decided to broaden my scope of interests, and the dreaded tech support position is included. It's something, anyway, and it can only lead to better things later on.
