rourke what do you care anyways about a fine? Not like you're going to pay it. Here's what will happen you will get your own place (maby) things will be going fine then you will get picked up for unpaid fine(if you don't do something stupid before that) get a few days in jail have to pay the fine, not pay it get picked up again and then loose your place that the city or brap or whatever form of assistance paid for it. Then you will never qualify for it again. That is how they will beat you if not physically.
