The job is a contract photographer for a company based in Maryland that sets up an MLS database for all commercial properties. I will be photographing all the commercial buildings (that is not a government building, school, hospital, ect...). They will tell me the area on the grid they want me to photograph in and I'll do it. My only concern is that I'll be a 1099 employee so I need to be VERY careful and make sure that I set aside at least 50% of my paycheck (because they cut me a straight check, no taxes taken out) so I can pay my taxes at the end of the year....lol.
What makes me really happy is that the job is about 6 months long - perfect ammount of time because I'll be moving in December and I won't have to quit from a job.
