Okay... first off, with the whole "reading" thing: Trying to absorb that much information by reading it all beginning to end, especially in 2 days, will be like trying to catch water with a sieve (at least, this is how it was for me). Don't fret, though. Instead, I found that it was much more effective (assuming you have Gonzo for APUSH) to use your questions to guide you on what you read. Captions, pictures, and the stuff at the end of the chapter iirc are your friends. The questions usually outline what was more important, anyway, and they have a strong influence on what's on the test ( ... )

Yeah. Make sure to bullshit like the fucking king, if you write it, it's the word of God. If you write with confidence, you can score with confidence.

Remember: if you can eliminate(for sure) one answer on a multiple choice question, ANSWER IT. You should only have ~7 blanks. If you can eliminate ONE answer for sure, 100% answer it, statistically, if you can remove an answer for sure, you gain more points, in the long run, by answering the questions.

You get a .25 guessing penalty, and the reward for getting one right is 1, and if you eliminate one, you have 1/4 chance of getting the question right on pure guessing, and normally you'll have a slight to decent knowledge to make an even better than 25% guess on a question.

Another thing, don't second guess yourself. Go with the instinct, go with the flow. Don't stress.

I didn't go to bed the night before APUSH, spent all night de-stressing with warcraft. I got a 4. The key is to bullshit, and learn the tricks. Learn to abuse multiple choice, and you'll pass... guaranteed.

Thank you Ryan. I'd have to say that that really helped. But I'm not taking the AP exam now, I'm just taking a test in class which I cannot bring myself (for the life of me) to read from the text book. I won't pass the test if I don't read it.

I really appreciate all the advice, I know it is sure to help me later in the year.

Much Thanks :)
