So very glad that it is Saturday. It's been a bad week. Our annual inventory was on Thursday so weeks of stress are finally over but now there are other things to move on to. I'm so glad that it was warm today, finally. Of course, its supposed to snow later on this week, but at least I could enjoy today. Got out to the park with the dogs. The big one took me for a walk/run. It felt really good to get outside- it was awesome. I actually got to wear shorts today!! I love warm weather.

The searing pain in my head needs to stop.... it feels like my brain is going to leak out of my ears!!

Tonight is going to be a really early night. I am so tired that I can't see straight. This cold has really run me over. I can't seem to shake it. It's about time for bed....

I'm making red beans and rice for dinner and it smells so good. I love southern food. It's my favorite type of food. I blame my mom :) It makes me think of all the time I spent in the south as a child with my mom's family and makes me wish I had spent more time there.
