Woohoohoo, I sailed my lovely new laser for the first time in Datchet last night. It was cool, although it took me ages to try and remember and work out how to rig it all by myself from the memory of having seen it done once. It's not like you can go out there with it done wrong and just say 'oops', if something's not tied down, or breaks or

Oooh cool! And I HATE it too when the mainsheet does that, grrr I had forgotten about that part of sailing dinghys!

I am very jealous because I'm not going to get an awful lot of sailing in this year woe is me, as I am off back to Japan in July. Well going to Japan is good, no sailling is NOT good. Rarrgh. See you on YOUR OLD HAG AGEING DAY!
