Everytime I drift off to sleep, I suddenly wake up with the fear that I have forgotten to take a pill that day, or that I "forgot & remembered" too many times in one day to take a pill. Someone tell me how I can please stop doing this to myself, as it totally wrecks my ability to get a decent 20 minutes of sleep. Maybe this will help:

i used to be good about that... but the last year or so... not so much.
i also used to set a little reminder note on my cell phone to let me know it was pill time. i haven't done that for a while, but it might be worth doing again.
