Still in Mexico.

We finally made it to Mexico City yesterday, which is enormous and pretty nuts. I´ve barely taken any photos here because I took a million the first week and feel kinda burnt out on them. We´ve been staying with couchsurfers most of the trip, and everyone has been so generous with their homes and their time. Tonight Alex and Omar

We`ve totally been having a great time. At the moment though I have no idea where Alex and Omar are because they didn´t come home last night. Which is why I´m still on the internet. Not to give you cause for worry or anything. :/

Aw, Mexico is hard for the vegetarian. I'm sure there was lard in all the beans I ate when I was there; I just got in the habit of chugging Pepto Bismol every night before I went to bed. And for a notorious tummy-acher, I didn't do too badly!

So true. There was one night we went to a veggie buffet in Puerto Vallarta and it was, like, one of the best veggie restaurants I´ve ever been to. $6, for coffee, cake, amazing food and everything! I suspect a big part of the tummy aching comes from the increase in dairy though. I´m just not used to having cheese in eeeverything.
