A lion cannot be tamed...will not be tamed. The king of the jungle has no desire to be tamed, so whips and guns have no effect on it...
And yet...
Slender fingers grasped weakly at his arm, searching. Loke grasped those fingers and squeezed gently. “Go back to sleep, Lucy,” Loke whispered into the blonde hair dangling over the edge of the mattress.
Lucy murmured sleepily and said no more.
No, a lion cannot be tamed by guns and whips or even golden keys.
All it takes is a heart of gold and gentle words spoken by the one he loves.
