I can't believe this story doesn't have more praises. This was beautifully written and so truthful. I loved it so much, especially the way you mixed Kurt's thoughts and wishes with the actual things he says in his phone call with Blaine.

I think that often in a long distance relationship - and this has proved to be true for Kurt and Blaine in canon - communication can be a major problem: you don't want to talk about lonliness or how mucg the distance hurts because you're trying to protect yourself, you're trying to protect them, you're trying to pretend you're ok even though you're actually really not because what choice do you have and it's so hard. God, I just want to squeeze both the boys so tightly <3333
